Our Maintenance Management

Everything Diesel provides comprehensive maintenance management services across Western Australia. Support your mine site or civil project workshop with expert heavy diesel mechanics, efficient service scheduling systems, and more.

We provide our maintenance management services to mine sites and civil project sites. We favour long-term or continuous contracts over the life of a mine from construction through the production phase, or across large-scale civil projects.

We supply a temporary workshop for larger scaled jobs with workshop personnel to fit. We manage existing staff and equipment, and ensure that the workshop is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible with the appropriate mechanic staffing, hours, documentation, service scheduling, and machine maintenance. A well-managed workshop produces well-maintained plant and equipment.

Everything Diesel provides a labour hire service wherein we fill out your workshop staff with our own heavy diesel mechanics and machine servicing equipment, including our mechanical truck and service truck, which come equipped with everything from mechanical tools to oils and fuels. We implement automated and comprehensive service scheduling systems that determine optimal machine service times and part ordering schedules, to improve the efficiency of the mine site or civil project workshop. We plan regular machine maintenance, services, and component change outs based on the hours the plant and equipment will be operated for, how old it is, and what condition it is in. Our reporting and record system ensures we know the problem areas of each machine, and can solve minor problems before they become major ones.

We use our customers’ preferred suppliers list to determine where we get our machine components from, so you know new machine components are installed from suppliers you already know and trust.

 
Our machine component change out system ensures every machine gets new components when needed, based on their hours of operation, age, and machine condition.

When certain machines are due for major services or repairs that would cause significant downtime, Everything Diesel provides plant for hire to replace them. We cross-hire machinery that we do not keep internally, but our internal fleet includes:
